Everyone we have dealt with from the moment we viewed the property has been kind and helpful. Ieva our property manager has been incredibly helpful and fast to deal with any issues we have had with the house since living here. I would definitely recommend living in a Portico Managed property.

GoogleFlora at Portico did a great job at helping us find a flat, during the difficult post lockdown market environment. We saw some of the nicest places i've ever seen, and whilst we didn't end up choosing one of their properties, I wouldn't hesitate to search with them again.

I have been really impressed with Lara at Portico who has managed my Airbnb property. She always responds to emails in a timely manner and is always willing to support me in anything I ask for. Nothing ever seems to be a problem, so has a 'can do' attitude, which I have really valued.

We used Portico Islington to let a flat in Clerkenwell recently. They were responsive to queries and kept us fully informed on progress regarding viewings etc. (including Molly responding out of hours over email). Suitable tenants were found quickly and the appropriate reference checks etc. done within a few days. Very pleased with the service.

GoogleOne of their agents nearly knocked me off my bike yesterday evening impatiently squeezing past me in heavy traffic, he actually clipped my pedal and nearly sent me flying. Based on that I would rate this company as terrible. One star for having an ok logo, only because it's not possible to give zero stars.

GoogleAbsolutely awful from start to finish! Moved into an unclean flat and left it clean and tidy. Not yet received my deposit back after 2 months of vacating. Disgrace!
