GoogleMegan , my property manager at the Walthamstow branch, has been excellent at navigating between me and the tenants. She has been very professional, friendly and effective. I would definitely recommend her and Portico to other landlords.

TrustpilotPortico Leyton
I have been using Portico Leyton for many many years now and they are always professional and very experienced. Marc in particular is someone who is extremely knowledgeable and also willing to go the extra mile which is very rare these days. I would highly recommend them.

TrustpilotCharlene in renewals
Renewing my tenant’s contract for another year was quite a relief, but Charlene getting me a 3% rent increase made it a pleasure - not to mention how that extra money over the next 12 months will help me to plan for the S.24 tax increase next year!

TrustpilotI wouldn’t even give portico one star
I wouldn’t even give portico one star. Outstanding problems for 18 months serious damp issues. Don’t respond to emails unless they want something from us and ignore the initial request from us. Avoid at all costs. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel so strongly about this.

TrustpilotPortico are great all round
I have always found the communications and emails from Samantha to be both informative but also interesting and relevant to me. I also love the Portico Places initiative, (who doesn't love a discount right!), but now I go to far more local places than I ever used to.

GoogleThe property they listed are nice but it is very hard to get a hold with the staff. Never answer the calls and emails.

TrustpilotI recommend Portico wholeheartedly
I recommend Portico wholeheartedly. They have made the process of renting out my property (both via Airbnb and for short/long lets) extremely easy. They respond to emails promptly and efficiently and I have not had to concern myself with any of the 'nitty gritty'. DON'T HESITATE.... RING THEM!!

These are the worst property management company on the face of the planet, Michael Hookway, Matthew Gurkin and all the staff in the so called credit control dept, absolutely useless

TrustpilotRented our flat through Portico
Rented our flat through Portico, smooth process, would recommend. Simon the inventory manager made the move so easy on the day, working out of hours to help us move due to covid. The man deserves a medal or at least a class of rosè!

TrustpilotAvoid
Avoid. Time wasters. I had 3 viewings organised days before and confirmed an hour before. Then outside the first property no-one turned up for the viewing, the office had no record of the viewings, and all 3 properties had actually already been let.Very very poor
