GoogleThe timer stopped working on my boiler. Reported this to Outlook and it was picked up by Emily. She arranged for a maintenance to come around and check it out at 9am the next day. That's pretty impressive service.

Completely unreliable, lazy and untrustworthy agents. They will not reply to any tenant issues via email or phone, including broken boilers, and your deposit is not safe with this agency.Living in a flat run by this agency has truly made for a miserable experience. Avoid them at all costs!
