Terrible experience. Made our moving day horrible and the staff is clearly not trained properly .The rip off the landlords and they don`t care about you new home .Never again with them ! especially Flora the agent she was helping us she is terrible .

Worst agency ever. First when we were about to make a contract they lied to me that landlord doesn’t want deposit and force to go with no deposit option. After 12 months I find out from the landlord itself that he wanted that deposit but the agent lied to him that I refused to go with deposit and no deposit option was my decision…. Avoid at any chanceBefore their name was outlook and I think they just changing their name in certain amount of time just to cover their disgusting service!!!

GoogleWe had great service at the start but have been completely let down by the maintenance team time and time again. It takes ages to get something fixed and often the companies they use have to be chased to get something completed. Our extractor fan took 2 years plus to be replaced! There have been some positive services but they need to fix their entire maintenance system so it’s efficient and quick.

GoogleI have seen one there property for rent and I was the first viewing that and I was agreed to rent this property as well but when I asked to pay to deposit they said we still viewing this property how come when someone view the property and he agreed to rent this property and you still viewing the property to someone else and when I call them everyday they just say we still waiting from landlord to confirm and we will let you know and my sister she call in evening when she ask them about that property they said someone already paid deposit.
