GoogleIt has been a dream working with RDV. Kara was cheerful on the phone, and action also followed, which is brilliant! I will keep an eye out for RDV properties in the future when required as the staff have been fantastic.

GoogleGreat service, always fast and efficient. Property is great and management makes it all carefree. The staff is very polite. Best property management service I've ever had in London. I would definitely recommend them!

GoogleI have been waiting 1 year and still no resolve with my maintenance issues. Even emailed the local MP but nothing. They also keep calling saying your in Arrears when you not, their system can’t locate funds correctly. Avoid, Avoid

GoogleTo be fair Hira who initially were managing the the block we are staying in were was always very helpful. The block was brand new so we didn't have any issues within our apartment. They were very helpful with initial move....When RDV took over their service was also just as good. I hope they carry on with the great work and continue providing reasonably priced accommodation in great locations.

GoogleWe are moving to a nice flat, bright and modern. We had many questions and it was a pleasure to discover that on the other side of the screen there was someone fast and efficient in answering back. I would recommend this agency and I really appreciated the kindness of Kara.

GoogleI have recently moved in a studio having so many questions. I had the best customer service from Kara who is very friendly, fast and efficient in answering back and solving any issue. I would recommend this agency and I really appreciated the kindness of Kara.

GoogleVery good tenancy service, both for new and existing. so much better than the previous management company. Since RDV is dealing directly with the tenants, the issues are being resolved quickly and more efficiently. its so much easier to approach the office for any concerns.
