Poor experience with Pedder. Communication was bad, they only managed one viewing for the property over 11 weeks advertising. When I enquired about listing with Pedder I spoke with someone who was very engaged and seemed experienced selling properties, but when the property was listed I dealt with a series of dismal agents. Felt like a bait and switch operation. Their approach to sales was very passive - it seemed to be limited to only sending emails, and hoping that when they listed similar properties it would bring more attention to mine. I do not recommend.

Scott was outstanding the whole way through, he was patient when there was an issue and tried his best to sort everything out (which it did) best estate agent I have ever worked with personally and he was always extremely fast to communicate. Pedder as a company I cannot fault. I had to visit their office and was looked after and tended to straight away.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't put up a review unless I did a rating. The real rating is 0 stars. They will rent your property to people who will wreck it, tenants who will bring down the value of the property, leave behind infestations and destroy any goodwill with your neighbours. Experienced adults using the garden as a bathroom, rubbish left outside for months because not placed in the correct bin, reports of noise, Police attendance at the property etc etc.

Recently moved in a property in East Dulwich and had some issues with a side door that wasn't locking fully and another broken key. Dresnusha from the property management office immediately arranged a locksmith to attend within a couple of hours of the issues being reported and was super efficient. A welcome relief from other agencies which ask a million questions and have to go through various portals any provide videos and images before the issue is acknowledged.

Tried really hard to view two properties for sale with them. Was told a number of times that the agent dealing with them was busy and would call back. He never did. The last time I called the person who answered the phone told me he had already passed on the message and put the phone down on me! Bought a property with KFH down the road in the end who were prompt, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. If you're selling with Pedder and not getting many viewings, it may be because they're hugely incompetent rather than lack of interest in your property!

I’d had some experience of pushy, rude and uncaring London estate agents, so naturally expected the same when I signed up with Pedder. As it turned out, I couldn’t have been more wrong ... they were efficient, polite, helpful and effective all the way from the first valuation visit through to viewings, negotiation and the final stages of the transaction (after several legal issues cropped up we were especially grateful to Izabella for her proactive role in chivvying all parties along until the deal was done). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. After a fairly eventful and stressful sales process handing over the keys should have felt ecstatic, but I actually felt a little sad to be saying goodbye to the team.
