GoogleHad a lot of issues with the agent at this office. Throughout our purchase process there was a lack of transparency, a lack of ownership of mistakes made on their part or by the vendors (more often gaslighting us and painting us as the ones in the wrong), and a complete breakdown in communication throughout price negotiations and when there were issues further up the chain. The former of these actually led us to pull our offer and so the vendors ended up with a lower price. It felt as though a lot of the issues we faced might have been caught earlier had there been more transparency and responsibility on the agent's part. I hope they learn from the mistakes made here to avoid a similar experience with other potential buyers.

During the process of selling and renting property their well co-ordinated teams were all most knowledgable, each conscious of its current stage to promptly advise me.
