Great service with our property sale

Pedder dealt with the sale of our property and since we switched the interest in the flat increased straight away. Great service from Mollie and Carolina who were proactive the whole time and also did a great job keeping in touch with our buyers throughout the process.

I used Pedder’s to purchase my property, let my poperty when I moved abroad and finally to sell my property in SE London and during every venture Pedder's customer service was second to none. The flat was marketed quickly and efficiently, viewings lined up and tenant/buyer secured. Natasha Osunde kept me up to date at all times and responded quickly to communications sent. Happy to recommend their service to buyers, landlords and sellers.

I was happy with the services provided by Pedder and in particular Kirsty. Throughout a long and at times very trying process, Kirsty was very supportive, efficient and professional. She kept me updated and was proactive in getting the sale completed.

Excellent, proactive service throughout what ended up, through no-one's fault, being quite a stressful process. Natasha was always on the front foot and we felt played a big part in pushing things through.

Great service from Joshua and Shanice

Great service from Joshua and Shanice, kept me informed of viewings and sale interest. The 2 flats we instructed for rental have been let and the 2 flats we instructed for sale are under offer and moving forward nicely.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't put up a review unless I did a rating. The real rating is 0 stars. They will rent your property to people who will wreck it, tenants who will bring down the value of the property, leave behind infestations and destroy any goodwill with your neighbours. Experienced adults using the garden as a bathroom, rubbish left outside for months because not placed in the correct bin, reports of noise, Police attendance at the property etc etc.

Carolina is the best agent in SE London

Incredible experience with Carolina. She was super proactive, and professional with great communication and work ethic. I can confidently say I would not be enjoying my new home right now if it hadn’t been for her incredible work. Carolina has a client in me for life. Where she goes, my business will follow.

Rubbish service, submitted an offer for an apartment. To date no response, no courtesy update, no follow up from Shanice or Joshua. Aftercare/client service is clearly not their thing. I now avoid any adverts from peddler at all costs whislt I flathunt

Excellent Buyer Experience

We have had a very positive experience of purchasing a property with Pedder, Dulwich Village. Hanne, the Sales Consultant, was open, responsive, supportive and proactive in relation to us finding the best property in a very busy market. We feel very thankful to have had such a positive experience and we cannot recommend her and the Pedder, Dulwich Village team more highly.
