Excellent service - trust worthy agent

The agent dealing with our transaction (Ben) was great. Responsive/communicative, and not at all pressuring. We found him very good to deal with - upfront and honest.

Making bigger offer for the rend house and they dont accept if you dont see the property( gime the landlord number to see if he will accept )

Nice ads of houses which act as a click bait, They add the property today I call them straight away and is fully booked or gone, meanwhile the ad stays online for more than 3 weeks marked as available.

Whilst I haven't found my next home yet Kirsty has been a total rockstar in finding as many houses as possible to get close to my picky requirements. I would highly recommend to any first time buyer.

Pedder have been outstanding for our recent sale. An excellent first meeting and valuation, did a phenomenal job of getting viewings lined up, very efficient, kept the chain moving despite Covid-19 and helped line everyone up at the end during a very critical two week period to complete. Highly recommended.

From the initial phone call

From the initial phone call, the estate agents at Pedder come across as unhelpful and full of attitude. They racially profile tenants to “advise” the landlords on who would be the best tenants. I viewed a property and made an offer the same day, then to be told 2 days later that the landlord had gone with another offer despite me meeting the criteria. I will never use Pedder again.

The estate agent in Crystal Palace…

The estate agent in Crystal Palace loves himself! More interested in his appearance, than selling me a property!

Never Call!

Twice now i've emailed the Dulwich branch via rightmove and had to chase them up to book a viewing as they don't bother to call back. There are a lot of agents out there in a very competitive market so i would have expected much better service from them
