I'm an estate agent myself and toyed with the idea of using my firm to sell my flat in SE26. However after meeting Natasha at Pedder I decided her expertise in the local market, coupled with her professional but friendly approach would suit me better and I wasn't disappointed. Natasha and team were all very responsive, profession and happy to give advice when needed. My sale took longer than expected due to my buyers solicitor being very pedantic, but communication remained strong and a final deadline was met. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Natasha and her team to anyone selling in the SE26 area. Great service from start to finish!
