Pedders were first class when selling…

Pedders were first class when selling our house, they advised us well about the price, negotiated the deal well and we had a very good outcome. Hanne Hall looked after the sale for us and she was a a star, always there when you wanted her, always kept us up to date as to how things were progressing and, crucially, she always rang back when she said she would - she understands people! Selling a house is a stressful excercise, but Hanne kept the worry to the minimum. Big 'thank you' all round!

Cansu was our agent and she was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. We had some delays throughout and she was great in negotiating this throughout the chain. Clearly the best in the area

I don't know what magic Pedder do, but a pattern in Crystal Palace is to see another estate agents sign for a few months unsold then a Pedder one goes up and it's sold within a week. They seem to truely sell an area as well as the home. We skipped the first step and Izabella sold our property within a week!

First time buyers - Great experience

Our experience of purchasing a flat through Peddar was brilliant thanks to the sales assistant manager Carolina. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth process, chasing and pushing things were needed to progress all whilst maintaining a constant stream of communication which we very much appreciated. Very happy seller

I had Callum as my estate agent for my sale and he was great throughout the whole process. He clearly knew the local area really well and came with a really logically plan and evaluation for the sale. He kept a constant stream of viewings and even after someone pulled out quickly pivoted and got another offer.

Great communication, quick turnaround time on questions or requests, and the agents were all incredibly friendly. Were able to set up viewings quickly, and identify other new properties that were similar/matched what I was looking for. Cristina was also wonderful in helping arrange a very quick move-in date, and handling the logistics with the landlord to facilitate the move-in.
