Peach Properties London reviews

I just bought my first home and it was one of the most stressful and nail-biting experiences of my whole life. I found an absolute gem of a home (literally made an offer during my first visit) and met Chris from Peach Properties for the first time. Out of all the estate agents I had dealt with over a four month viewing spree, he was the best, particularly appreciated amongst the chaos of buying my first home. He was patient with my concerns and replied consistently and speedily, putting my mind at ease. Not only did he find me the property of my dreams, he also guided me through the process with advice, experience and the calm I needed! Not enough space to sing his praises and thank Peach for find me my dream home. Thank you Chris and team!

Amazing and helpful estate agency. Sam, Chris and Greg were completely on hands with the sale of my property and made it happen almost automatically. They replied to my emails within minutes and their advise was invaluable. I would definitely use Peach Properties again and recommend it to everyone wanting an efficient and knowledgeable agency, a real cut above anyone else.

I stayed in this property last year from March 2022 - 2023... Peach Properties (Georgie) were extremely helpful and accommodating during my stay. Maintenance was always quick to resolve an issue and the property management answered any and all questions quickly as possible. The area always had a lot going on, but I very much loved being so close to Spitifields, Shoreditch, London Bridge.

Peach have been my agents for eight years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Recently I had a complicated problem to fit a fire door - Laura saw the process to completion - it all looks great. Laura kept in regular contact with me, sent photos and video and has been an absolute star - professional, knowledgeable and reliable.

I had the best experience with Peach Properties! My partner and I just found our dream flat by the canal, and Dru was so amazing showing me around and reassuring me during the entire process. Nick was also amazing and so clear and careful, making sure I received all documentation on time. Communication was 10/10 and I would definitely recommend using their services!

Peach Properties has been extremely helpful for the past year or so when me and my flatmate moved into our new flat. Everything was super easy, clear and well explained in advance of moving, so there was very little stress involved. They have always been very quick and efficient with fixing any issues we had in the flat throughout our tenancy and always respond in good time to any emails we’ve sent. No negatives :)

I've worked with Jack and Chris to sell my property in Bethnal Green and have been pleased with the service at Peach. In a challenging market, Jack has been great, and I have appreciated the efforts in getting my sale over the line. Would recommend.

Peach Properties had my review (below)…

Peach Properties had my review (below) removed! Proof that you can indeed have negative reviews removed and keep the positive ones! Worked for this agency VERY briefly, a month, after being advised that all and every property inspection should be carried out with only 24 hours notice to the tenant (via email) and to attend with keys, without or without acknowledgement from the tenant. No regard for my safety or the tenant's right to quiet enjoyment of the tenancy. Office 'humour' also way beyond inappropriate.

Where do I even begin… I had an excellent experience working with Ben. He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and dedicated to helping me find the perfect property for my baking business. Ben took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and their expertise in the commercial property market made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his prompt communication, attention to detail, and ability to present options that aligned with my goals. Thanks to his hard work, I now have the ideal space to grow my business. I would highly recommend Peach Properties to anyone looking for commercial property solutions.

Having recently worked closely with Georgie on a fairly complex project, my husband and I cannot praise her highly enough. She is extremely professional in her approach yet personable and friendly. Very importantly she is very efficient and honours any assurances she has given re, for example, forwarding information etc. In conclusion, she offers an exemplary combination of courtesy, affability and professionalism. These are qualities which are, in our opinion, innate and cannot be affected or taught. It has been a pleasure to work with her. Patrick & Anne Doris

Have rented with Peach for 4+ years across two properties, and can only say good things about them. Super responsive, organised, understanding, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately this isn't that common in the London market, so it really stands out!!
