I have worked with Chris on a number of occasions, the service received has been nothing short than exceptional! Chris stood out to me due to his approach, attention to detail when marketing and the strategies implemented leading to us now agreeing many sales at optimum prices, the quality of buyer has always been great which must be down to how Chris carefully vets potential buyers and maintaining communication between all parties.

I tend to deal with Chris at Peach, his speed of reply to every contact I’ve ever made shows everything. Agency is so diluted, a race to the bottom price! But surely there are bigger priorities when looking for an agent, surely service is the priority? If so, go to Peach as your priorities would certainly match! I highly recommend Peach Properties

Peach are amazing! I bought my flat from them 17 years ago, rented it with them for 3 years and have just sold it with them. They are great at communicating, helped find me the perfect buyer, kept me calm, answered all my questions and assisted in all steps of the sale. I’m about to buy on the other side of London and wish that they covered that area as they’re the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with.

Best estate agency that I have ever dealt with. Thank you very much Chris and Jack and the rest of the team at peaches Properties. You made the process run very smooth and painless. I would definitely use this estate agency as my first point of call for buying, selling or renting any of my properties.

I can highly recommend Peach Properties, who have been outstanding in managing a one bed flat I owned in Bethnal Green for more than 16 years. The only reason they aren't now is because I sold it recently. I had no hesitation in selling it through Peach, and sure enough am similarly happy with all the work they've done for it. Special mention should go to Chris who has always given me straight up and realistic advice, and is always a pleasure to interact with. He kept me up to speed with the sale, and was persistent as well as patient during the sales process. The same goes for Georgie, Nick, Fabia and all the friendly and considerate team at Peach, who have sorted out most issues with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. Another mention should go to their contractors, especially Ben and Mark who have done stellar work in fixing, maintaining and doing up the flat. A final mention should go to Loretta for all her highly efficient accountancy, which has been straightforward, and flawless. Thank you all very much, and wish you all the best!

Great process with PP (worked with Nick and Jack). They were efficient and generally very responsive when I needed images or details. They are definitely on your side: when the landlord try to back out of something that was promised before my offer was accepted (an external storage space access), Jack talked to him and made sure that this promise/intention was fulfilled

Friendly, personable, and professional!

I have been working with Peach Properties for around 10 years now. Chris and his team are always friendly and professional. Peach Properties have their finger on the pulse of the local market for sales and rentals, so it is always great to have a chat to get a market update or valuation. Many thanks for the great work, and look forwards to staying in touch!!

Jack was fantastic throughout my apartment search. He was not only friendly and approachable but also very attentive. He made the whole process feel effortless and took the time to answer all my questions with patience and care. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and I felt supported every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend Jack to anyone!

Peach Properties have supported me with letting and then selling a flat over the last 5 years. Their letting management service was exemplary and really easy to engage with - they were proactive with reminding me of my responsibilities as a landlord and options for meeting them and quick to carry out work if required. The sale of my property was long and complex and they have gone above and beyond to get it over the line. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

We purchased a property where Jack was the agent for the seller. He was incredibly professional and responsive throughout. A real contrast to experiences with other estate agents.

I just bought my first home and it was one of the most stressful and nail-biting experiences of my whole life. I found an absolute gem of a home (literally made an offer during my first visit) and met Chris from Peach Properties for the first time. Out of all the estate agents I had dealt with over a four month viewing spree, he was the best, particularly appreciated amongst the chaos of buying my first home. He was patient with my concerns and replied consistently and speedily, putting my mind at ease. Not only did he find me the property of my dreams, he also guided me through the process with advice, experience and the calm I needed! Not enough space to sing his praises and thank Peach for find me my dream home. Thank you Chris and team!

I stayed in this property last year from March 2022 - 2023... Peach Properties (Georgie) were extremely helpful and accommodating during my stay. Maintenance was always quick to resolve an issue and the property management answered any and all questions quickly as possible. The area always had a lot going on, but I very much loved being so close to Spitifields, Shoreditch, London Bridge.

Peach have been my agents for eight years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Recently I had a complicated problem to fit a fire door - Laura saw the process to completion - it all looks great. Laura kept in regular contact with me, sent photos and video and has been an absolute star - professional, knowledgeable and reliable.

I had the best experience with Peach Properties! My partner and I just found our dream flat by the canal, and Dru was so amazing showing me around and reassuring me during the entire process. Nick was also amazing and so clear and careful, making sure I received all documentation on time. Communication was 10/10 and I would definitely recommend using their services!

Peach Properties has been extremely helpful for the past year or so when me and my flatmate moved into our new flat. Everything was super easy, clear and well explained in advance of moving, so there was very little stress involved. They have always been very quick and efficient with fixing any issues we had in the flat throughout our tenancy and always respond in good time to any emails we’ve sent. No negatives :)
