Our shower and heating broke on one of…

Our shower and heating broke on one of the coldest days of the year in November, Peach sent out someone to look at it but were slow in response when trying to solve the problem via email and phone call (which they didn't often pick up). This lead to us having a non-useable shower for 6 months (up until we left) which is an essential household amenity, especially during the winter. We suggested a new pump but had regular pushback on this for months and they would send the same plumber out again when the shower inevitably failed. Would not recommend

I just bought my first home and it was…

I just bought my first home and it was one of the most stressful and nail-biting experiences of my whole life. I found an absolute gem of a home (literally made an offer during my first visit) and met Chris from Peach Properties for the first time. Out of all the estate agents I had dealt with over a four month viewing spree, he was the best, particularly appreciated amongst the chaos of buying my first home. He was patient with my concerns and replied consistently and speedily, putting my mind at ease. Don't go anywhere else

Having been a homeowner and landlord in London since 2011 I have dealt with multiple property professionals including the well-known high street names. Peach are unique and working with them on the sale of our flat was a breeze. Right from the first meeting, they impressed with their research and offered great advice on the sales strategy, pricing and property dossier. Chris is a super nice guy, very professional, responsive and always ready with ideas to find the best deal. Special mention to Dru and Jack who kept us posted on viewings and prospective buyers throughout the process. I felt they did their best in a difficult market and always had our best interests at heart. We really couldn't ask for more and will definitely use Peach again.

I can’t praise Peach Properties highly enough. They are incredibly efficient, answer the phone promptly and always get back to you when and if necessary. I want to give special mention to Chris who for almost 3 years has helped me deal with an incredibly difficult tenant, even though he was not managing the property and was not making any money from it. I don’t know what I would have done without his help in finding tradespeople, his advice and his kindness. When I finally managed to sell my property the transaction went smoothly with regular updates on how matters were proceeding. 5* service throughout.

We have been difficult clients but they have really gone out of their way to help.

We changed from another agent (we own a small property in E1) who didn't seem to get it at all, and have been so very lucky to have found Peach. We have been very difficult clients to put it mildly, with all kinds of chopping and changing for a series of reasons that were infuriating to us (and must have been even worse for them), but they have always been ready to help with basically anything we have needed (we are abroad, so this is really important). Chris Odysseas has been fantastic, as has Georgie. A great team. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I rented property 31 Chambord Street, E27NJ through Peach Properties from October 2021 to October 2022. Property owned by landlord Ms Sophie Gregorios-Pippas. For over 7 months of the tenancy my bedroom ceiling was covered in black mould and leaked yellow water droplets into the bedroom. The leak damaged my belongings, threatened my physical health due to inhaling black mould daily for over 7 months and had an enormous detrimental impact on my mental health. Neither Peach Properties, nor the Landlord Ms Sophie Gregorios-Pippas offered any source to recourse for my health and safety during this time, with no offer to rehouse us to a safe property and refused to compensate us for the damage caused to my belonging and life. We paid £2800 a month, £33,6000 over the year to live in a property not fit for habitation, and had our legal rights to live in a property that is safe an in a good state of repair, and also to live in the property undisturbed disregarded and abused. Peach Properties and the landlord were difficult to contact and I often had to chase for a response for weeks at a time. This issue should not have taken 7 months to resolve. I feel their approach was quite often unprofessional due to being ignored on multiple occasions. On top of this, the landlord Ms Sophie Gregorios-Pippas is deducting a substantial amount from our deposit, partly for stains on the carpet caused by the leaking ceiling. Estate agents and landlords cannot continue to exploit tenants like this.
