Peach Properties London reviews

A very cool, but also very professional agency. I visited their office opposite Brick lane and spoke to Sam who then took me to see 3 Properties in the local area which matched my criteria. I ended up taking the first property, but all 3 Properties were a nice standard unlike some of the other agents Properties I have viewed. Sam passed over my file to Mr Nick Hardy who managed our move in very well. Really nice and friendly staff. Since moving in we did have a couple of issues, but hats off to them as these were resolved very quickly and we are now enjoying the Shoreditch life. J & S

I rented a property from Peach Properties last year and they are the best letting agent I've ever been in contact with. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, kind and helpful, and the property manager (Georgie) who I communicated with most was absolutely wonderful, helping me to navigate all the various things that come up when renting a property with professionalism, friendliness and care. If I ever return to the East End to rent a property I will know where to look first! Thank you, Anthony

The Peach team have been amazing throughout the sales process and also in providing excellent service when (through no fault of their own), the sale collapsed and we had to pivot to renting out the property. Chris and Dru have provided excellent advice and shown a lot of patience through a very stressful and testing period. I would whole heartedly recommend using Peach

When dealing with peach properties throughout the sale of my home they were very helpful from start to finish, especially a young man named dru in particular was very knowledgable/helpful and always kept me up to date when viewings were taking place and with feedback as a whole. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommended Peach!

Peach have been impeccable! Out of all the agents I registered with the help and advice Peach gave has been invaluable, viewings have been painless where other agents have cancelled at the last minute and the whole letting process has been a pleasure and not the nightmare I have come to expect over the years from other agents. Thank you so much Chris, Jack and Carrie for all your help!

Sam and Chris were both great at helping buy my first home. They were really quick at responding to any questions or queries that I had. Sam even flagged the flat I ended up buying promptly when it came on to the market, as he knew I would like it! Chris then helped through the rest of the process and was brilliant at liaising with the vendor and myself. A great service all round!

I cannot rate Peach Properties highly enough. The service provided by Chris and Sam was exceptional. They marketed my previous property superbly (with great listings and photos) and I had an offer made within a few days. They have an excellent knowledge of the local area and Chris was always incredibly helpful and efficient in communicating with my buyer and both of our solicitors right up to the day of completion. Five stars!

Peach were consistently pretty incompetent and disrespectful when they managed our flat. Would let themselves in whenever, give our keys to strangers, enter without consent, and were nearly impossible to contact on email or phone. Quite rude too. When the kitchen was being redone they tried to pull their own contractor in and got a quote for 3x what was needed. Wouldn't recommend.

I have just sold my property through Peach. Chris and the whole team were absolutely fantastic. They kept me informed through the whole process and were communicative and available at all times, always ready answer my questions or concerns. An extremely personal experience compared to most real estate agents out there. Would definitely recommend and use them again without any hesitation.

I have used Peach to find tenants for…

I have used Peach to find tenants for the last ten years, they have always been extremely professional and found me excellent tenants. They have always treated tenants and myself with huge courtesy and have helped sort out any problems.I will continue to use them and recommend them to fellow landlords or friends looking for rentals.Compared to so many other agents they are interested in long term relationships and unlike so many other agents they have staff who have been with them many years and who know their landlords and their market. In a world full of pushy unprofessional agents they are a revelation.Highly recommend!

Laura at Peach is extremely helpful and friendly. She is very quick to respond to any queries and always tries her best to sort all of our maintenance issues out as soon as possible. She is an asset to Peach and has made reporting maintenance issues that bit easier.

Peach has great flats all across one of the best and cool areas in London, the East! In particular, the Negotiator Georgie Grayston has been great with us within all the rental process. She has been very helpful and always keen to answer all our questions and offer her assistance. She is friendly and very nice. Thanks to her we have now a lovely flat!
