GoogleEvery issue or email is ignored . Peabody increase service charge and rent without notice. Repairs and basic cleaning doesnt get done. Their customer service is appalling, emails are unanswered and phone calls are hung up mid conversation

GoogleNo customer service, No action, No follow up! We've a scaffolding put up in front of our entrance, for the past 3 months plus - No one in Family Mosaic/Peabody could be able to tell us what it was for, they don't even know who is responsible to disable this scaffolding.

GoogleI have been trying to get damp repairs done since September 2021 and nothing. Now over the weekend 2nd October 2021 the celling has fallen down and I still cannot get through to anyone.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
