GoogleWhen Family Housing changed to family mosaic they became more of a business so I think it's more about profit than looking after there properties or tenants! I do find the staff I've managed to speak to are usually quite helpful & they have followed up on my enquiries! So not totally dissatisfied but not happy!

GoogleEvery issue or email is ignored . Peabody increase service charge and rent without notice. Repairs and basic cleaning doesnt get done. Their customer service is appalling, emails are unanswered and phone calls are hung up mid conversation

GoogleNo customer service, No action, No follow up! We've a scaffolding put up in front of our entrance, for the past 3 months plus - No one in Family Mosaic/Peabody could be able to tell us what it was for, they don't even know who is responsible to disable this scaffolding.
