GoogleUtterly shambolic organisation. Months between contact and work getting done. Most repair work needs repairing again almost immediately. Terrible communication. Just awful. 1 star is too much.

GoogleI'm not happy either. They always overcharge service cost to their leaseholders every year with no proper explanation and no improvements done despite of complaints raised.
