This prize, dinner for 2 at Trinity Restaurant, Clapham, attracted a lot of people and as a result we raised in excess of £2000 - all for charity, our local branch of HOMESTART. Patrick Henry has been instrumental in supporting our local primary school over the years, from sponsoring our summer fairs to Christmas Shopping Night fundraisers to support the school's PTA. The children love his big heart and good cheer, and as a father of a young child himself, he understands the value of strong community schools and happy families. GoogleI recently moved home from south east London to south west and used this estate agent to find a flat with a very detailed list of requirements, not only did they manage to match my list (new, parking, nice area...etc etc), they also managed to secure a decent rental reduction for quarterly rent payments. I was moved in within a week after credit checks etc and am so pleased with the service. THANK YOU!

GoogleI was with Patrick Henry for nearly 5 years as a rental tenant in 2 lovely flats. I couldn't recommend Patrick himself and his team more! They were great to deal with, quick at sorting problems out and always super friendly. Not only did they find me several beautiful properties, all of which met my requirements and where in my budget - they also made the whole process very straight forward. GooglePatrick is the Man! Friendly, always smiling! Competitive low rates too. Found the perfect tenant and the whole process from start to finish of marketing the property was fantastic! Their offices are bright and clean attracting the kind of professionals a landlord wants. They have some great properties in their portfolio in the highly attractive regions of clapham and balham. I hugely recommend their services to all.

The girls in the office are so kind and a delight to talk to, and the whole process is made easy to understand. Dear Mariusz, I am sorry that you feel as though you have not been paid for work that you have carried out. We received your invoice on the 23rd of January and have 30 day payment terms (which we always stick to). Your payment has been set up for Friday 21st.

Dear Lizzy, we agree that the situation was frustrating but as we were not managing the property we were unfortunately not in control of the furniture choices. We ensured that the landlord provided every item of furniture that you requested however the issue at the time was with the quality and although it wasn’t specified we immediately worked to resolve this for you. Despite the quality of furniture your move in went very smoothly and we were surprised to see your 1 star rating as all of our correspondence with you has been extremely positive. We hope this explanation has changed your view on our company and despite the initial hurdle we hope that you did enjoy your tenancy at the property.

GoogleWe’ve been with these guys for almost a year and will be renewing our contract shortly. They’re all very polite and manage any issues straight away. When our boiler froze last year they brought round a bunch of electric heaters till it was sorted. I’ve never had a letting agents this friendly and helpful.

The customer service from the estate agents staff is amazing, really helpful and friendly. We collected some furniture from them which was being held for one of their clients and they were great at every stage of me organising the collection!
