GoogleOut of the estate agents I’ve dealt with before, my experience with Patrick and his team have been by far the best and they’ve been incredibly quick sorting out any issues. Nothing is ever a problem for them from changing parts of our application, dropping our incoming housemate’s key to our door and also helping me out when I locked myself out - all the little things do add up. Alex has been a huge help throughout as well, much appreciated!

GooglePatrick and his team have just sold an unusual house for my family near Clapham Common and we cannot fault their service. We chose them for their excellent feedback and they did not disappoint. Patrick was our point of contact throughout and communication was excellent. He understood our unique circumstances and tailored his service to our needs. We do not live in the area and so it was important our chosen agent handled everything for us. We asked for a quick sale and he found a suitable buyer at the right price, in record time. GooglePleasant check out, pleasant staff and am easy transition with moving out. Very helpful considering I had a family breivement the week I was moving out. Everything was done promptly and Patrick and the landlady were more than helpful with their flexibility. Definitely really helped me through a very tough couple of months.

GoogleClowns doesn't even come close to describing these estate 'agents'. Non existent in terms of service, was sent other peoples documents by mistake multiple times and they were no help during the moving in or out process. Would absolutely avoid using in the future

I have checked our records and email history with you and can only see one instance of us sending you an email by mistake. One misdirected email is one time to many and that is why we apologised when you highlighted our error. Regarding your move-in and move-out process, I am not sure if your landlord explained this to you (there is often confusion with this point) but we are not the managing agents of the property. Your landlord was in charge of the move-in and move-out process. According to my colleague we did help you with some wires that you accidently left outside of the property. We retrieved them and stored them safely in our office for you to collect. I am very sorry that you are unhappy, my goal is to make sure that everyone has a positive experience with Patrick Henry and I will take your comments on board as we improve in the future. Facebookthey go the extra mile looking after your properties, they are very responsive and always pushed through my sales so I didn't have to be worried chasing them to keep contacting the buyers' solicitor, they were on he ball and can be trusted. The sales person Patrick as I know has been the top sales person when working in other agencies in this area and in London previously so you can see there is no one better out there to sell your house and he personally won the Rising star award by Estas last year as the top guy in UK, can't really go wrong there with choosing him can I?

GoogleJust completed a sale with Patrick, 8 weeks from offer accepted. Patrick was very effective at chasing up the buyers and their solicitors when delays occurred. He was very flexible and transparent, working after hours which made a massive difference for our circumstances. He also has fantastic local knowledge and built good relationships with our tenants making viewings easy. Overall we achieved a very good price and had a great service - we highly recommend him to others.
