GoogleI highly recommend Parkes estate agency. The process of finding a flat was smooth and everyone is very helpful. I moved during high season and other agencies were rude and dismissive. Parkes estate weren't pushy and made sure to find a flat to fit my needs. If I had any concerns they would respond and deal with the matter immediately. GoogleMilan Ehrhardt totally wasted my time and left me with a disgraceful experience. He was 40 minutes late, didn’t have the right key, and then didn’t send the photos I had requested or reschedule as I had requested. All over experience was lame. If I were a landlord looking to rent with this company I would encourage you to think twice as the agent clearly don’t care to do their job.

GoogleVery unprofessional. The agent didn't know anything about the property and told me to look up information myself. It was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Was not impressed with this Estate Agent at all.

Google*TERRIBLE* BE CAREFUL GUYS!! I have been in contact with this terrible agency and almost got scammed! Found a studio for 800 and before I went to view it they have changed the price without even letting me know…till I found out myself!! Very unprofessional

GoogleI was desperately trying to find an apartment, I wasted few weeks with people who offered nothing but promises, then I found Parks where the guys sorted me out in one day. GoogleTerrible service. No words can explain what I went through. Waisted two weeks of my time. Did not give back the full money of the deposit. Jichi the manger said everything will be sorted but to no evail.
