GoogleWow very polarised views here! I can only speak for sales. I have known of Michael in Sales for around 6 or 7 years now. My parents bought a flat from him, I nearly bought a flat from him about 6 months before that but there was a last minute complication, and we just negotiated a sale through him this week in 2017. I have no experience with their lettings staff other than I called once on Michaels day off and all the sales people were out on viewings, the lettings lady was super helpful, she tried another branch to see if their sales team had any access to news from the seller we had offered on - she didn't but left me a message back as promised. I personally find Oppida down to earth, honest, trustworthy, and thoroughly decent. I would recommend them and they know the area inside out.

GoogleThese cowboys of estate agencies industry think they can do whatever they wish. They are incompetent, arrogant and don't know the law they operate within. They cost me a lot of time, money and effort due to a misrepresentation they did. Thankfully Ombudsman has now forced them to repay me part of the money. The other part will soon be recovered through court. Avoid them at all cost if you don't want to be ripped off.
