GoogleWorked with Michael Wilkinson for a recent purchase and he has be great to deal with. Great communication through the entire process and helped coordinate between the vendor and lawyers to try to speed up the process (which was bumpy at times due to circumstances outside of his control) any way he could. Highly recommended and it would be great to work with him again in the future!

GoogleI couldn't be more satisfied with the process of renting. The agent from Bermondsey Fahim was very professional, friendly and honest. He was communicating very clearly on what the landlord wants and expects from us. We moved in without any issues and even if we had a small query, Fahim responded right away and solved it. I definitely recommend this agency!

GoogleReally bad experience as they did not managed my tenants at all. There was no flat inspection reports and when I wanted to evict the tenants, they issued incorrect eviction documentation so much so that it extended the long process by at least 2 extra months and additional legal fees of about £1000. The flat was left in disrepair and costed me £8000 to make good.NegativeQuality

GoogleTerrible experience with Oppida. Fine when we lived in the property, awful afterwards when dealing with our deposit. Not only did they not give us our deposit back for a long time, when they finally sent us the deposit breakdown, they attempted to take over half of the deposit for repairs that were not our responsibility. When asking them to return undisputed funds so we could take the remainder to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, they refused to do so, leaving us without any money from them for over four months, despite it being UNDISPUTED and therefore our own money. Thankfully, we were aware of our rights, took our case to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and received a large portion of our deposit back in the end. I would be very cautious of Oppida and ensure you communicate solely through emails to ensure you have proof if needed.

GoogleI have used Fahim and Eddi’s numbers of times over the past few years to help us manage the rental of property in Bermondsey . I cannot speak highly enough of the service they offers. Friendly, professional and nothing was too much troubles for them. They really goes out of his way to help. I will certainly continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who wishes to rent or sell their house in the area.
