GoogleI have to say, Michael is the most hardworking and reliable agent I’ve met in all of London, no exceptions. The property we bought had very complicated legal issues. A previous buyer spent a whole year on it and eventually gave up. It’s a pity they didn’t have Michael.
With Michael’s help, we managed to buy the property within a few months. He closely monitored five solicitors, not allowing them any excuse to slack off. He was the only one who ensured smooth communication among all five solicitors. Without him, we definitely wouldn’t have been able to complete the purchase.
We are extremely grateful to him. If you ever meet Michael when buying or selling a property, you can rest assured, you’re in very good hands.

Any problems are acted on immediately & myself & my wife are always kept up to date.
Monthly payments are always paid on time …less Mgt Fees which they pay from the rent & repairs etc
All other issues they take time to advise & if they are not qualified on some issues….they will always prefer to a professional
They have always been excellent in obtaining quality tenants & I would have no problem in recommending them to a potential Landlord.
Special mention to Edwin who will always take a call or if busy will return your call. Something that a lot of Letting agents don’t do

Reference checks are mandatory to all potential tenants and this is done by external company (rent4sure) who give recommendation if the tenant is suitable to rent or not. Unfortunately in your case your accountant couldn't verify your income and also you never disclosed that you are receiving job seekers allowance. Anyway as a good will gesture we refunded you a holding deposit which is usually non refundable if you fail reference check.
