GoogleQuite pleased with the experience I had with OC Homes. Besides being always reachable and kind and on time with their appointments they also offered great support throughout the whole renting journey. Their agent Sohaib stated out all of the rules before and during the renting discussions and kept us updated. He really made our renting journey in this chaotic time in London an easy one! GoogleFor renting, I've never dealt with an agent worse than these jokers. Their rental contracts contain unfair clauses which are not legally binding, they charge fees for missing appointments yet frequently fail to attend to ones they've arranged, (and even turned up at my door one day completely unannounced). If you're looking to rent, do yourself a favour and find a reputable company instead - you'll save money as well as your own sanity.

We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. Being members of ARLA, The Property Ombudsman and other governing bodies within the industry, we are confident that the terms of our contract are in line with government guidelines and legally binding, however we would have welcomed any questions/concerns you had in relation to the contracts before you signed. Furthermore, any fees/penalties would only be enforced if deemed acceptable by the DPS if a claim is made against a deposit, therefore i would like to stress that we do not and never have, charged any fee without just cause. We work closely with both Landlords and Tenants to ensure that during the term of the tenancy, everything runs as smooth as possible, hence why i regret to hear your feedback and will find a solution to avoid the same concerns being raised by other tenants. I worked mainly with Priyesh and appreciate his services. They also seem to be really caring, did follow-up on my moving subsequently and asked if everything’s ok.
