GoogleAmazing service. There is always some sort of hiccup when it comes to moving but this time with Tony's help and one click homes me and my partner had a very easy transition. Tony was the most competent estate agent I have ever dealt with.

GoogleDefinitely 0 stars, totally inadequate as LETTING AGENTS ONLY, note this only reviews lettings particularly, sales were very pleasant but we've been forced out with a 2yr old due to us complaining about the lack of maintenance, have reported dealings & ongoing issues to local authorities, stay well clear of these.

Thank you for your feedback, however we regret that your experience with OneClickHomes was not to your satisfaction. I would like to stress that it is in our best interest, as well as our Landlord's, to ensure all maintenance issues reported by tenants are resolved in the shortest possible time, which remained true during the period you resided in the property. Unfortunately there were mitigating circumstance that you were aware of, which caused delays in rectifying the main issue at the property. Sadly, you were served notice to leave the property due to rent arrears and NOT a result of you reporting maintenance issues.
