I recently worked with Keya during the process of purchasing my property, and overall, it was a positive experience. Keya was incredibly helpful, approachable, and responsive throughout the journey. She made sure to address any concerns I had and kept me updated at every stage, which really helped ease the stress of buying a home. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out, and I truly appreciated her efforts in making the process as smooth as possible. That said, I did encounter some challenges during the initial negotiations. Nav, another estate agent involved in the process, was a bit rigid when it came to discussing alternative terms. For example, I felt somewhat pressured into using a specific solicitor rather than being given the flexibility to choose one that suited me better. While this didn't derail the transaction, it would have been nice to have more openness and collaboration during those early discussions.

Extremely poor communication! I have never been to a property viewing like it. Absolutely no details on the property and on top of that had to chase them for the address before viewing. After telling the agent I was interested in the property i was told they would get back to me. After several very brief conversations that Initiated (literally had to chase them down for any information and received none) they stopped responding altogether. I’m actually appalled by how unprofessional this company is. Would not recommend!

I also must give a testimonial to Camron from the gidea Park office. When I couldn't make my viewing due to work commitments Camron went out of his way and went to the property and did a virtual viewing for me as he knew how much I wanted this property , we video called as he walked me through the whole house and answered any questions I had before I even asked them! From our first 'click' of interest on their website, to the final handshake upon exchange of contracts, OC Homes have been a pleasure to work with. This was the first time I had ever sold a property so was unsure of what to expect; especially from an independent firm rather than one of the 'big boys' in market. Upon initially valuing our home, Priyesh and the team were honest and transparent. They came to our home swiftly and had all the reports and property advert out efficiently. The team at the Leyton office did a brilliant job selling our property. Starting with our initial conversation regarding the property, marketing (great photos and a video), arranging viewings. We were able to se the feedback and progress on the excellent dashboard.
