GoogleCouldn't recommend the guys at OneClick homes highly enough. A real pleasure from start to finish. They were easy to work with, really pro-active in getting the sale pushed through and always on hand to support with any questions, even post-sale. We had dealt with some really suspect estate agents in the past but Nish and Tony were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and always approachable. 10 out of 10! GoogleDefinately recommend One Click Homes to EVERYONE. The experience me and my husband received from Tony was definately 5 stars. He deserves a million stars. He is such a humble and honest estate agent, one who cares about his clients. We saw a house we wanted to buy and Tony made it happen. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to pull out at exchange. But I want to say that Tony was soooo different to all the other agents out there...he never pressurised us...was patient with us and we have HUGE RESPECT for him for his trustworthy nature...he does not lie unlike other agents we dealt with...he keeps to his word and does everything in his power to secure the deal if he knows you really love the house. He is a committed individual and if I could pick out all the words from a dictionary to show how trustworthy he is I would. Tony....we will NEVER forget the way you helped us in our quest to buy our dream home though due to circumstances beyond our control we had to pull out yet we hope to buy from you as we do not want to go anywhere else. GoogleAfter dealing with a couple of other larger mainstream estate agents, I was pleasantly surprised how thoroughly professional Tony and his team have been in dealing with my rental property. Tony initially attended the property and took time to explain the types of services that 1 Click provided and was able to answer all of my questions. From then on, the service that was provided in terms of finding a suitable tenant for my property was first class. I was constantly kept informed via email as to tenant viewings and was given updates by phone. I would urge anyone looking for a professional estate agents in Leyton/Leytonstone to give 1Click a try - you will not be disappointed. Thanks again to Tony and the team for providing such a great service.

GoogleAmar did a really great job on the sale of our flat when a reputable “bigger” agency let us down for many months, he managed to agree a sale on our flat in 11 days from taking instructions and then assisted throughout the process. Tony was also on hand to help with chasing and progressing the sale. I now recommend One Click Homes to anyone I know that is in the market to sell and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

GoogleI recently sold my house via OneClickHomes, and I can't recommend them enough. Tony was my main point of contact and I was really impressed with the level of service that my wife and I received. He guided us through the whole process and made us aware, as soon as he knew, of any developments. Tony always made himself available for a phone call and even when one of our buyers fell through he was there to reassure us and started to get viewings booked in again. Thanks again Tony.

GoogleIf I could click 10 stars I would! - Amar was an absolute pleasure to have dealt with in terms of searching for Residential buy-to-lets, he was very knowledgeable in terms of the current market, where to invest, when to invest and my exit return, I still keep thanking him and he continues to help me till this very day with prospective future investments. I highly recommend this agency in all avenues, as whoever I spoke to, was friendly, well spoken and approachable when entering the office environment. Thank you to the One Click team once again.

GoogleTony has a lovely manner and put me at ease during a process that can be pretty anxiety-provoking. Having Tony as my agent meant I could focus my attention on the other things in my life that I needed to be doing, and leave the sale in his capable hands. Tony was totally reliable, trustworthy and worked very hard to get me a sale. He was great at keeping me updated with any developments and his ability to form good relationships with all parties involved, along with being really proactive and tenacious, meant that completion occurred as quickly as possible. In the course of selling my property I used several different agents and I can definitely say that Tony was the best by far. Highly recommended!

FacebookThey are only getting 1 star because you aren't able to give any less! Honestly the worst agency ever! They simply don't care about you after you have signed all of the paper work. Poor communication at best. Takes months to sort out the smallest of problems and extremely rude when we used to call the office to sort it out. They would consistently tell us the person we wanted to talk to was out of office. Wouldn't even recommend One Click Homes to my worst enemy. Stay away at all costs! It is NOT worth the hassle and stress that we was forced togo through.

GoogleI approached one click homes to arrange letting my house. Tony was very helpful from the start. He came to view the property told me clearly what was required and the different types of managament they offered. He took the pictures advertised the property and arranged all the viewings. Everything was done in professional and promptly manner and found tenants quickly. Communication since has also been excellent. I would not hestitae to recommend this company.

GoogleMy brother and I were looking for an estate agent to sell my late parents house. We chose OC Homes as their fees were competetively priced and they didn't try to over or underprice. Throughout the process, Priyesh in particular, was always so helpful and communicated well emailing and phoning whenever required. We were always informed when there were viewings taking place and when the house sold, they made sure that solicitors were chased and we successfully sold it to another couple who i hope will love the house as much as we did. I would definitely recommend OC Homes.

GoogleHelen was really helpful and came out of her way to show us round the house. She answered all our questions during the viewing and also via email or phone afterwards. It was refreshing to deal with an estate agent with a genuine care and involvement in the process throughout. On the day we collected the keys, Djamel was also really helpful in giving us lots of information for the move and sending over contract details promptly after out meeting.
