GoogleWe had our home on the market for almost 2 years and after losing our buyer due to solicitor incompetence and our estate agents lack of urgency we decided we needed a fresh start. After a call with Tony at OneClick Homes I could tell he sympathasied with our situation and seemed really keen to get our property sold. He suggested a new solicitor for us who was a welcome change to our previous solicitor and within a matter of months our property was sold. Tony was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process and pushed all relevant parties to get the sale across the line without us having to ask. We couldn't recommend Tony and OneClick Homes highly enough.

GoogleAside from offering a competitive commission rate, Tony from OneClick Homes has extensive knowledge of the local area, and many years' sales experience, which he used to market and sell our property at the right level. He was an excellent negotiator from the viewings stage (with great photos / video to constant availability) through to completion - with his good sense and patience being invaluable during the, at times, fraught conveyancing process. GoogleTony has been amazing in assisting us throughout the process all the way to exchange! He was on it with chasing solicitors and kept us very informed throughout the process. I can always expect a reply from Tony within a couple od hours of sending an email. We were able to exchange in 8 weeks thanks to him and his team! They have dealt with the sale of our property very seamlessly, every step of the way was clear and we were fully informed at every stage of the sale's process. Nothing was too much. GoogleI bought my flat in Holloway with One Click Homes. Amar and Tony have been top notch and worked hard to get the sale through. Tony was my primary point of contact, but when I wasn't able to get through for whatever reason, Amar would step in incredibly helpfully. By far the best estate agents I've ever worked with. The reason for the four stars rather than five was that I don't think any messages I left with the office team ever got through to Tony and Amar so I put this here as a suggestion to future users of OCH: Ring your agent directly on their mobile, rather than leaving messages with reception.

GooglePosting this review to say how wonderful Laiba has been throughout my tenancy and organising my deposit release. I admire her calm and professional attitude towards work. She definitely makes it easier to report issues to her. I've come across a number of Property Managers and her mannerism does stand out. Landlords if you need a good Property Manager, ask for Laiba at One Click Homes.

Tony was easily contactable and worked through all of the issues we encountered throughout the process. Tony secured us a lovely buyer. For all future help with buying/selling we will be using Tony again, we can't recommend him highly enough.

GoogleLook no further if you want an honest estate agent who you can trust completely then call on Jughurta . Jughurta is so supportive from start to finish and always went the extra mile when required , when it comes to moving into our new apartment, we had a close deadline. He made it happen !
