I was happy with the professionalism shown by Northfields Shepherd's Bush office. Excellent service. As a tenant in London, it's difficult to find estate agents who actually care and are responsive about the quality of your tenancy. Would love to say thank you to one of their agents Ernest Dugbartey, who has shown the highest level of service.

I met Samir during the last weeks. I was looking for a 2 beds flat. He demonstrated great skills. Very professional guy, he booked viewings only for flats that met my requirements. I also thank him for the great availability: he booked viewings only in the late evening, that helped me a lot with my work.

Overall, I had a very good experience with a purchase through Northfields Estate Agents. For starters, they actually turned up to the viewing we arranged with them (unlike some other estate agents). They guided us through the entire process and were extremely friendly and responsive throughout. My thanks to the Pitshanger team.

Spent weeks hunting for a flat in London, spoke to dozens of letting agents per day but was really impressed with the dedication and genuine willingness to help of Ernest Dugbartey. Would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a property in London.
