GoogleDO NOT USE went to look at the flat and the guy who came to show me could not get in to the house so he showed me some pics, he said it was on the top floor with a balcony garden thingy and that i should come back the next day so i did, this time some one els came to let me in to the house which was actually on the ground floor and was a a massive mess there was no balcony and the garden was basically a rubbish tip, when we said we where disappointed all they where was rude.

His communication was brilliant, we were consistently kept updated with any progress with our move. For me the main thing was Viv and New Space's continuous loyalty. We have met so many letting agents but not one which we could actually trust and then we met New Space. I have recommended them to everyone I know!

GoogleOnce you have signed the contract they will not respond to any of your queries. Many of the information I was given about service charge and moving out inventory check fees and bills were incorrect but they didn't even bother to respond when I raised this with them. Make sure you get everything Yasser says to you in writing as he seemed to be wrong about most things.
