GoogleMy experience with newspace has been brilliant. The viewing was great, the agent George poyner answered all the questions I had and was generally a all round lovely guy. He gave me his number and any questions I had on the run up to moving in he replied swiftly and helped me with any issues. All round brilliant service.
Thanks Tyler, hope you are enjoying your new flat!

GoogleSo inept it can ony be malicousness. The standard bearer in the stereotypical over zealous yet incompetent estate agent. Would avoid or look on other review site as it is unusual most reviews are either 5 stars or 1. If you must deal with them try and get a good civil court lawyer on demand as they have previously claimed contracts tenants signed to be retroactively void. The most grating part is the smug self righteousness, no need to actually make tennants happy when you so gracelessly swindled their money.
Hi Milo We don't appear to have any record of you on our system as a tenant or landlord. Please could you contact Richard on 02072752040 to discuss.

GoogleThanks to George for being professional, punctual, easygoing and straight forward when dealing with us. No hidden "surprises" or "forgotten" aspects during viewings and negotiating process. Just what you need at such stressful period like moving.

GoogleReal estate agents at this company are basically scammers. They will lie and tell you things about properties that are not true to get you to put an offer in. If you have viewing with the guys just go ahead and cancel them, it’s not worth your time and energy.
Newspace have never had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Litoris. You must have the wrong agency.

GoogleA great agency. Our agent was George, who phoned me back very shortly after I submitted my request online. He was incredibly helpful. He even allowed us to see the property twice as, once we decided that we loved the property, we wanted to make sure that some of our furniture fits in the house. He was very quick to respond to any of our queries, and made the whole process feel very smooth.

GoogleOur letting agent Yasser Tazi was extremely helpful, following up our concerns and requests, and negotiating on our behalf . He made himself available on his mobile when he was not in the office, and even spoke to us when he was off sick. Thank you, Yasser, you were a star in your dealings with us. Val Bridge

GoogleLouis and the team are very helpful. I recommend New Space. However, you need to read the agreement before signing. A year long contract might not have early move out policy. (Meaning you have to live for a whole year.) Don't rush your decision. Think twice before signing your contract. Good luck.

Overall making a sometimes stressful process very easy. Would use again and wished more agents out there were like this.

He also took me to some of the properties from their office which was very nice. Would definitely always recommend them!

GoogleWe used New Space to find our flat in Hackney Wick. Not only is the quality of the flats they advertise excellent, but the service they provided was second to none. George couldn't do enough for us, making himself available by phone and email to assist with the contracts/references once our offer had been accepted. This was incredibly helpful and much appreciated - there was no question too small or silly! Highly recommend.
