I've had my fair share of issues with these guys, I'll admit. The main issue being the length of time it took to resolve issues in the apartment i rented, which were numerous. This however, is largely out of their control, but better control of your subcontractors would serve you well. Most of their interactions are professional.

Lovely when you move in, not so much when you move out! Passing the pressure of tight property turn arounds onto the client, providing little by way of support only demands and threats of deductions. Shame, as some if the team are lovely. If you can hermetically seal the rental so as to leave no trace of your existence then all good, otherwise be prepared for an attack on your deposit and your nerves....some of the team do not have a way with words shall we say!

This absolutely has got to one of the most honest and trustworthy letting agencies in London. I have dealt with countless pushy letting agents throughout the years. They didn't just work hard to me the flat I was looking for that matched all my requirements, but were also 100% honest and flexible when it came to all the contractual arrangements. One of their letting agents, Louis, went out of his way to accommodate me and to respond to my million different queries, always helpful and understanding. I was worried there had to be a catch - there wasn't. Because when I actually had to pull out at the last minute because of the Covid situation, they honoured their commitment to refund me the deposit I had paid. I can't thank them enough - you're not dealing with a letting agency but people. Absolutely recommend this agency, and Louis!

RUN! THEY WILL NEVER DO ANYTHING FOR YOU! They changed the moving in date just two weeks before. I got money for the hotel after I complained a lot, but stayed at airbnb because the amount of money was quite budget. After you move in- they won't care about you anymore. The overall condition of flat is bad. Some of the lighting is not working, I had to change the batter for the heating controller... They said I have to talk to landlord but he doesn't care too. HAHAHA

if I could give a -5 stairs review!!... it can be a worst letting agency that they are, they did lie from the first day that they showed us the flat to the last day with deposit refund. they didn't supply with phone line, so no internet for whole year, albeit any flat in the market comes with it when sold or let out, they didn't bother to amend this even it was at the contract. WC broken for 7 months and they didn't fix it saying that wall would need to get broken and were waiting for landlord's response, and after wc only need to be moved sideways, they didn't care to give us any compensation for this what it is unacceptable paying huge rent for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat and not getting all facilities for that long as 7 months! any problem or issue at the flat we had to chase them every single day to do it cause they didn't bother to care at all, we had like 4 different people at the agency dealing with the flat and none was responsible and professional enough to solve flat issues, they never were in the office when required, etc etc, we as tenants had to do with all the work to make them wake up and do their part of the job and call engineers,..., it was really worst experience ever for the whole year of tenancy, please BE AWARE of it... they have nice flats to let, what it is a big thing to go for, but their everyday unprofessionalism makes it not worthy it at all.

Edit to the below - the manger has since contacted me and apologised for the staff members behaviour (name of Ife). As Ife no longer works there and the apology was genuine we will now continue considering their lettings. I was told to "educate" my girlfriend or I'd miss out on a property we had said we didn't want due to location. Extremely rude and we will not consider doing business with them ever. No apology has been offered.
