Needed to pull a couple of seller names from the living trust as they were not Trustees. With our first call, it was explained we needed to copy the locked documents and delete them. This allowed us to remove the sellers but then we needed to change their order. With the second call, we were shown the more advanced method of to state the Trustees, which allowed us to be more specific plus change ordering.

Eliminate your “Smart Contracts” Far too many steps to put a document together. And … if one small step is overlooked or forgotten it creates a real mess to get repaired. Time waster!!

It could be beneficial to attend one of our classes for SMART contracts that go over how to create, edit and use the documents in your transaction files. We have a dedicated team of Trainers and Support staff available to assist as well.
