I've worked with MRI Software since 2004 and have always had great support from the team. The MRI team is courteous, timely and more importantly effective. MRI listens to it's customers by reviewing our ideas and suggestions and implementing changes in upcoming releases.The MRI platform has an open architecture which works well with both MRI Partner and 3rd party integrations, as well as our internally built applications and data platforms. MRI environments can easily be scaled to support a few users to thousands of users, depending on your needs. Having the choice to build your environment on-premise or utilize the MRI SaaS offerings is great as well. I highly recommend MRI Software as the core of any commercial real estate accounting platform!

The helpdesk teams are great, but the software itself is not as user friendly as Yardi or OneSite. I've used all 3 for years and still have trouble with MRI.
