GoogleMy partner and I were looking for a new flat to move into and the folks at Mile Estates have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Michael was quick to show us different properties and was very upfront about the pros and cons of all the flats that we saw. Once we found a place we were happy with, the letting process was straightforward without any hassle. Chloe has been very responsive whenever we've had any issues come up. Would highly recommend Mile Estates.

Luke did an amazing job helping me secure my first studio and Phoebe did an excellent job helping me to move in and settle well. GoogleI call this agency to ask if they have any properties to rent and I would like to view if is possible....very unprofessional person answer the phone seems like he wasn't in mood to answer question. After 1 minutes conversation he told me that he can meet that and that time I said I couldn't today because of work try to arrange another day he told me if not properties will be not available he do not have time to show next time then he puy the phone down before I even answer .... After while the same day I received email that I shuldent be contacted this agency again. Very rude, very unprofessional,very arrogant this kind of people shuldent be working in properties agency if they don't have enough skills to professionally communicate with clients. For shure I will never use this agency again .

Pushy agents trying to access our property without permission (we have given four days a week where they can have full access, along with evenings on the other three, so they’re just being unreasonable) to conduct viewings. Again, avoid, from the looks of other reviews this is not an isolated incident where they are rude and dismissive.

GoogleRung out to the team this morning, I’ve been asked to leave a voice mail so I did. Tried my luck calling later in the afternoon, I’ve been informed the property is gone, which I fine, the market obviously moves fast, but the tone of the agent and the way he held a conversation 20 seconds short on the phone was absolutely horrendous. “The flat is gone, nothing else available, so bye” For someone to work in customer service I find it unacceptable. Not the way to make money. Two stars because I feel bad leaving just one. Cheers.

GoogleWe rented a studio on ravenscroft Avenue, which been told by agent Charlie, it coming with parking , all bills inclusive.. Moved in March before lockdown happened, and today 13/03/2020 still haven’t moved a finger about our parking , and kept using our parking as a dumping rubbish place for 5 months , while kept saying to us, is because lockdown. Anytime have a issue with the property, takes more than 1 week to them to sort it out . Every time we try to complain to them, they keep giving excuses or not accepting responsibility. We don’t have a doorbell or letter box for any of 12 flats on this property . Landlord doesn’t seem to care about their property , only to get their money at the end of the month .NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI recently rented a property from Mile Estates. After finding a suitable property online, i called their offices to arrange an appointment. Not only did i find the staff there helpful and polite both on the phone and at the viewing but when we decided to let the property, found that they made the process as smooth as possible. We were moving quite quickly and had a lot to organise but found that i did not have to worry about anything to do with the let, as everything was taken care of by Charlie. Not only was the initial service impeccable from start to finish, but we were delighted with the advice and information given to us. Furthermore when we were having difficulties with appliances after moving in we were concerned that we would be left without a working washing machine however a quick call to the office and we had it fixed within twenty-four hours. We couldn't have asked for a better service and are very happy in our property knowing we have peace of mind that the flat is being managed by a professional agency.
