GoogleFaultless service. My sale was not at all straightforward but the team at Michael Naik - and in particular, Jack Thompson - were patiently relentless, consummately professional and good natured throughout - from valuation to completion. We got there in the end! A huge thanks to all of you. Would definitely recommend, without hesitation.

GoogleI dealt with agent Jack Thompson regarding the property I wanted to rent. He is a great adviser, friendly, very responsible and was quick to organise all the paper work to get my contract ready ASAP, great customer service! Receptionist Jane on the landline is very helpful and polite every time I call. I'm really happy and highly recommend this letting agency to others.

GoogleBrilliant service from Michael Naik and Co who recently sold our property for us. Jack Thompson dealt with the sale and was fantastic. All the staff we came across there were genuine and lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

GoogleRented a property managed by Michael Naik for nearly 3 years. Coming from another letting agent that wouldn't even reply to emails, I really appreciated the constant clear communication we received from everyone at Michael Naik during our time in the property.

GoogleHad Jack on my case when selling my flat. He was always on a case, very involved and proactive. Always communicating back and giving feedback. I would highly recommend especially after having completely different experience with another estate agent in Stoke Newington who was not engaged and not taking any actions to help in a sell. Very pleased with overall service.

GoogleI had a good experience while renting with this agency. Gillian in particular has always been great, very helpful and professional.

GoogleI used Micheal Naik for many years. As a landlord, they provided excellent rates, amazing customer relations and a willingness to go out of their way to sort things that go above and beyond most estate agents. I would highly recommend them. We eventually sold our property with them and we were incredibly impressed with how they handled that too.

GoogleMichael Naik have been a breath of fresh air compared to our last estate agents! They are super responsive and have helped us work through some of the issues with the flat, our move could have been 10x more problematic if it wasn't for these guys...Keep up the good work!

GoogleI rented an apartment with Micheal Naik last September and I have found them very accommodating. Last Saturday we had a plumbing issue in our kitchen. I thought it was gonna be a nightmare and ruin my weekend but they had a guy call out and fix the problem really quickly. Great service, especially compared to my last landlord!!

GoogleA pleasure to deal with and fixed any problems quickly and efficiently. They also don't try and rinse you out of as much cash as they could get away with, unlike certain other Estate Agents on Church Street. Recommended

GoogleI had a very positive experience. They were able to answer all our questions about the property we were interested, and made an effort to investigate where they didn't know. Were very polite and helpful, and didn't have the pushy demeanour I've found in some other estate agents.
