One of the best agencies I came across in London so far. First of all, the flats I saw were clearly looked after; any questions and queries are answered in no time (even outside working hours); I spoke to previous tenant and the feedback was really positive too. I dealt with Jack who I would strongly recommend but upon visiting the office, I could see the entire team worked in a very family alike- relaxed atmosphere!

Don't know if Gillian still works here but she was a nightmare to deal with, just awful... Jack was nice though.

Lived in a property where we acted for the landlord on a let only basis. Our records show that she vacated in November 2016. Her negative review after all this time comes as a surprise as our contact with her was minimal. Gillian acted in a competent and professional manner throughout.

What great letting agents. Michael Naik & Co were friendly, communicative, proactive, and professional throughout the flat hunting process. We feel very fortunate to have not only an excellent new flat that is very much a home, but also helpful approachable letting agents that are there to take care of any issues that might come up. 100% satisfaction. 100% recommended. ....and a special mention to Gillian who we have mainly been dealing with. She's fantastic!

You get what you pay for. Yes, they're cheap - but they've cost me more in grey hairs. I've always had to manage thier management. If you're busy and haven't got time for that, pay a bit more elsewhere. I had my property managed by them for around 4 years. After many warnings and second chances, I finally ended that agreement. The last straw came as they allowed a contractor to do work without a quote that ended up in the thousands of pounds. They struggled with financial professionalism. When it came to rent payments, I had to challenge amounts I was getting often. I also had to question phantom payments paid to contractors at times. More often than not, the people they put forward to do work seemed barely qualified and often did a bad job, causing as many issues as they solved. Communication is often poor and they are not proactive. They caused my first tennant so much stress he wouldn't pay his final months rent. It was over things like the delivery of a dish washer. They also let him leave the property unattended for months on end, with an active squat just over the road. (It would be one star if not for Gillian, who holds the place together.)

It was our suggestion to terminate our management service and we came to a mutual agreement that it would be in everyone's interest to conclude this matter in an amicable fashion. Your recollection of the issue with the dishwasher is very different to our actual email exchanges. Your comment about unauthorised works costing thousands is simply not true however, this is not the platform to go into detail. Having a good working relationship with over the past 4 years as both a landlord and a tenant we wish you well. Your final documentation is in the office awaiting collection.

As a first time buyer - I had a top experience dealing with Jack! It was really a revelation in comparison to all the other estate agents I dealt with. He was pro-active, professional, responsive & knowledgable throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Michael Naik!

I bought my first flat off Michael Nail & Co, then rented it out and sold it again through them over the space of 12 years. I have been so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. I would full recommend this estate agents to anybody. The staff are friendly, honest and organised. When I rented out my property, they were quick to find new tenants and have helped me enormously whilst I was living abroad. Amazing service. Thank you so much for all the support you have provided me.

It goes without exception, that every person I have dealt with at this agency has acted with the utmost professionalism. When issues have arisen it has never felt like doing battle to get them resolved, rather, they have listened and worked with us to get things dealt with and always within a timely manner. They have been understanding when unforseen circumstances have occurred and have made things less stressful just by being positive. I have been highly impressed by this agency.
