GoogleMichael Naik have just sold a flat for us and have made the whole process as trouble free as possible. Jack has always been available to resolve any problem and attentive to the demands of what was required to achieve a successful outcome. Without Jack's help the sale would have been much more protracted. No hesitation in recommending Michael Naik as a First Class Estate Agent.

GoogleWe rented two properties through Michael Naik and found them to be very reasonably priced and very helpful. Repairs were carried out promptly (sometimes even the same day) and Gillian was extremely friendly and quick to help when we needed it.

GoogleMichael Naik & Co have managed the letting of my property in Stoke Newington for the past 15 years and have always been a pleasure to deal with. I originally selected them as their commission was the best value of all the competition active in the area, so I wondered if I might experience a service level that reflected this. The reality was that I received a first class service throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services of Eilish, Gillian and Jana to friends and family. I recently sold the property and Jack in the sales team demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and customer service, consistent with his lettings/management colleagues. Kudos to all the team.

GoogleWould not recommend. While their fees are low, you more than make up that saving with the loss of time and energy chasing up minor issues during which they give you contradictory information. If you do end up going with them, try and work with Yara or Gillian who are helpful and professional, and avoid Jack at all costs - he ignored e-mails and required constant follow-up, told the landlady one thing and me another, and then didn't show up to pre-arranged meetings and didn't tell you he wasn't coming till you phoned him up about it.

GoogleWorst Estate Agents I have dealt with so far. And that is saying something. Gave me the wrong address which I confirmed with them on my way to the viewing. Got to the property 15 minutes early and waited 5 minutes after the appointment before calling. They informed me of the right address after trying to pretend they had been right all along. Walked to the right address. No one answered. Called back and they said they would call the guy. Never called back. So I waited for a bit longer and called them again only to be informed that the guy 'Jack' (I think) had left after 5 minutes (by which point they knew I was there as I had called head office outside the wrong one AND called on the way to say I was coming). It's one thing messing people around when it's outside work hours but another when I'm taking time off work to come and view during the working day (at their request). Bottom line is they will always have enough people biting their hands off for a property so they really don't have to give a ____ about how many people's time and money they waste away through poor business conduct.

GoogleWe were recommended Michael Naik by people in the area. They were both professional and attentive to our requirements. They were very responsive to calls and emails, and were always straightforward and honest, making what is one of the most stressful most people will ever do, a whole lot easier. I'd like to thank everyone one at Michael Naik (although primarily Jack) for the hard work they put into selling our flat. I would wholeheartedly recommend them as people to sell/buy property with.

GoogleFAKE REVIEWS and pony attitude... Michael Niak seemed only interested in taking care of their landlord. We expressed intention to let a property from them. They repeatedly ignored questions asked of them. When asked if they would provide information on the tenancy agreement and details of what would be required financially for self-employed tenants, they replied in a combative tone. When asked if they would be looking out for us, they said their main interest is "getting the money for the landlord" and were adamant that they had "looked after us" while in the very next breath announced that they would no longer like to proceed with our letting offer on the property (on the grounds that we are contractors / self employed). Good luck to anyone in a residential property managed by them... Oh, and their are also guilty of posting FAKE reviews here on Google. Take a look at a few of the profiles... Little too similar for my taste...

GoogleHave been really impressed with Michael Naik - they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from when we first came into contact with them (especially in comparison with the multiple other estate agents on Church Street!) We were looking for somewhere to rent at very short notice (and in the week before our wedding (!) so stress levels were quite high, especially as my husband had just arrived in the UK from Bangladesh and was starting a Masters' two days after the wedding!) They made things very easy, and all the staff were super friendly throughout the process. We're now buying a place round the corner (not through Michael Naik - we approached them re. the fact that we were interested in buying, but they were very honest in saying they didn't have anything suitable to offer at the moment, rather than trying to interest us in random properties that didn't fit our spec at all, like other agencies did) so moving out of our flat rented through Michael Naik in the next couple of weeks, and again they have been really helpful at a stressful time! For example, letting us stay in the flat an extra day, to accommodate the fact that the sellers of our new place are making us shift back our move date (we have loads of furniture, so this will make a MASSIVE difference to the whole moving process!)

GoogleGave my sister a newly qualified NHS Doctor 24 days notice to leave her property (she works full time) they have still not resolved the issue or offered an apology
The tenant was in a shared house with 3 other who gave notice of their intention to vacate. She was unable to find sharers to join her and was not in a position to cover the whole of the rent. We acted fairly throughout the process. We are sorry that she misunderstood the situation.

GoogleWe have just recently let a beautiful flat in Stamford Hill through Michael Naik. Our agent, Jack, was friendly, professional and always on time. He was very supportive throughout the whole transaction, happy to answer all of the 1 million questions I had to ask. He made the ever daunting process of renting very simple. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael Naik to anyone, and would definitely use them again when the time comes.

GoogleI lived in a property in Stoke Newington managed by Michael Naik for 2 years. The team were extremely professional, great to deal with, friendly and trustworthy. We had very few issues with our home, but if anything did come up the Michael Naik team were available and quick to take care of them for us. I would highly recommend renting with them.
