This is categorically untrue Eugenia and is very disappointing to read, given how amenable we have been towards you during the height of the covid crisis with regards to the rent payments etc . The check out report clearly states there are 2 issues (missing egg trays and faulty blinds) with images as proof. This report is independent and impartial and is compared to the check in report.
