Dear Janos, Please stop leaving and editing fake reviews. There are no hidden fees. We do not tolerate this at all and goes against our policies and professionalism. All emails have been seen to and responded to you numerous times. There are no noise on any videos you have sent. We do not accept anyone being rude and aggressive to our staff members. We are a professional company that goes above and beyond to help everyone and no one will believe your fake reviews. We cannot change the structure of the building! We are an estate agent not a building developer. We cannot do anything else other than contact the developers and send them your complaint which the response was sent to you! Even the developers have contacted you directly! We cannot change the wind noise, noise pollution or light pollution! You lived on the 18th floor of a tower block, and taken a property without seeing it, what did you expect? You decided to leave your tenancy and break your contract which we have accepted. We have helped you out as much as possible and went above and beyond what any other estate agent would do. At no point was there any shouting or orders. This is a fabrication. Definitely no one ran you out the office or come after you. This is the craziest thing i have ever read. You are the only one complaining about this building and we have over 30 tenancies in the building and numerous leaseholders. I hope you find peace in your new home. I have a proven record that your reply is not legit as well. If you want to file a court case we are happy to do one as well. We have a very well documented case against you. I suggest you just move on with your life as you are not getting anywhere by complaining since you have already left the building. It is sad that you are tying to win a case that has nothing to do with us. What are you trying to achieve by this? Constantly changing your reviews does not benefit anyone. We do not tolerate threats and negative behaviour of tenants.
