GoogleMaskells has been a great agency to work with! Poppy helped me a lot to find the right apartment, especially during those challenging times of covid where I coudln't really go apartment hunting in person. They have been great at accommodating my requests and quickly fixing any problems that arose. The entire team helped me set up perfectly and their constant friendly attitude has made them nothing other than a joy to work with.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThe professionals at Maskells were very reliable, responsive, competent, and friendly to work with. As non UK citizens trying to navigate finding and leasing a flat in London for our daughter who was a student, we especially appreciated being able to trust and work with Vashti Sperring and Clem Evans. They represented us well and were honest brokers in every respect. They were kind and respectful to our daughter also. I highly recommend Maskells.
Dear Jennifer. Thank you for leaving such a kind review for us. We all know a move like this across continents can be stressful and we do try to be as helpful as we can and genuinely care (unfortunately unlike other agents in our industry!). We wish you and your family all the best in the future. - Clem

GoogleI've been a tenant with Maskells for over 3 years, and they've been brilliant. A very friendly team and staff, and our contact Vashti always responded quickly, often going beyond the call of duty to sort out any issues. I've used a number of estate agencies in London in the past, and they don't come close to Maskells - I'm very sad to be losing them as an agency.
Dear Farhan, Thank you very much for your review. We have enjoyed helping you these last 3.5 years, and we are sad that you have had to leave. We will keep you posted on properties in the area you love, and hopefully can work with you again in the future. Do keep in touch. Kind regards, Vashti and the Maskells Team.

GoogleMaskells is my "go-to" estate agency in London! I have dealt with sales (Jamie) and lettings (Peter) - both are equally responsive, professional, polite and straightforward (a rare pearl in the property world)!
