GoogleI can unequivocally recommend Maskells and Hamish Neill specifically. Hamish helped to project manage our highly complex property purchase with proactivity and efficiency. He was always on hand to provide assistance whenever needed and was happy to direct us to other third parties who could assist with all aspects of the property purchase. Whilst giving fantastic support to my partner and I, he also mediated between us and the seller with diplomacy and objectivity and worked effortlessly to ensure that both parties were supported equally. Hamish truly cares about his clients and he frequently provided us with reassurance and support during the stressful periods of our purchase. We are so grateful for all the help he has given us and have now successfully completed on our dream home.

GoogleJust let a new flat in Chelsea through Maskells under most difficult circumstances (current landlord must sell the flat, we must vacate in 60 days, we are not even in the UK at present, etc, etc), but fortunately we worked with the brilliant and lovely Poppy Thompson, and could not have been more pleased with the service we have received from Poppy all the way through the lettings process! Especially memorable was the occasion I managed to lock myself out of my apartment on a cold Sunday evening of all times. Even though this is above and beyond what anyone would consider business hours, my agent Alex took it upon himself to make the 30-minute trip to my apartment and help me get back in.
