Five-star Arzu!

We were fortunate to deal with Arzu Fedai throughout a very protracted purchase of a residential property. From first phone contact to viewings, negotiations, progression and finally completion, Arzu personified excellent management of customer relationship. She went out of her way on so many counts to ensure that things proceeded despite delays caused by both our side and the seller. Arzu was very welcoming with a positive attitude throughout, putting customer relations first and foremost. Whether we dealt with her over the phone or via e-mail, Arzu presented with pleasant manners and utmost professionalism. She is truly a great asset to her branch and the industry as a whole.

Very happy with the service

I worked with James Maynard and Sophie Banks at the Crouch End branch of Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents and both were helpful during the sale of my flat. James was my main contact from start to finish of the sale and I always found him polite, patient and helpful in trying to secure a sale. Sophie worked with James once the deal had been agreed and was my main contact for finalising the deal. I would recommend Martyn Gerrard if you are looking to sell a property in Crouch End.

Scott and team recently took on the challenge of selling my rental property - I requested private sale only and gave them a two-week window. Scott was brilliant at nevigating a difficult situation with limited access to the house. The team arranged 8 viewings for a 2.5hour window and I received two cash offers. The house is now under offer and Scott and Jatin continue to be fully hands on and provide around the clock service. Scott has previously helped sell two of our properties and in both cases we achieved record prices and the process was as smooth as possible. Extremely Prompt, Friendly & Positive

I've been searching for a property for a couple of months now, but I haven't come across an agency that communicates with the client to this level via calls, email & text ensuring that the set date/time are convenient before the viewing. On the viewing date I arrived a couple of minutes earlier to find the agent already waiting outside with a welcoming warm smile. Jodie showed us around the property highlighting all its strengths & positive factors as if it was her own property for rent. Although the property didn't tick some of my basic wants, I explained to Jodie what I was looking for as I knew for a fact it's not easy to find such a positive agent who took great interest in the client's need as if it was their own. Great Service!

I recently rented a flat through Martyn Gerrard, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Sophie was our agent, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. From our initial viewing with her to the final steps, she remained our main point of contact and made everything seamless. What impressed me the most was how digital-friendly the entire process was. Almost everything was handled online, so there was minimal need to be physically present. The only in-person requirement was the ID scan, which could be conveniently done at any branch.
