diabolical. its all cosy and friendly up front but wait until the end of a lease. delayed deposits, no returned calls.takes forever for someone toaction the deposit refund. waiting 2 weeks now. zero interest for 12 months and fees fees fees.zero customer service and even the owner of the flat complained about them.awful. avoid.

They confirmed they arranged for a viewing at 11am and only let me know they won’t be able to make at 10 on that day, mentioning they will try to move the viewing to 13 pm but they then never came back. Totally unacceptable

I've had a horrible expirience with the agency. Unable to withhold an agreement, complete and utter lack of respect for the customer and incompetent.Dealing with them has cost me money, time and caused a lot of stress. Do try to avoid the agency at all cost and look in to the many alternative agencies out there.
