We have recently brought a house through MG. Really positive experience with the agent - Scott - who was able to deal with a challenging seller and kept us in the loop at all times, He was super transparent during negotiations and didn’t play games.

Really helpful and accomodating for both viewing and the purchase process. The agent, Bruvis, had lived locally to the property previously so had lots of useful information about the house. Also helped liaise with the sellers during the conveyancing process which helped things run smoothly.

I've rented in London for around 10 years, so have had my fair share of good/average/bad estate agents. These guys are comfortably the worst I've ever rented through. Unprofessional, unreliable & incompetent. One of their agents completely ignored us for months when we had a maintenance issue, despite multiple chases. Honestly don't go anywhere near them.
