TrustpilotAVOID at all cost
Marsh and Parson used contractors that flooded my flat rendering it unusable. When I complained they said they ‘had no responsibility for third party contractors’ so I must take it up with the contractors - that they hired ! Read all the reviews on here and avoid this company at all costs.

They hired a contractor to fix a leak who flooded my flat rendering it uninhabitable. When I complained they said they had ‘no liability for the actions of third party contractors’. I still can’t use my flat. It’s no wonder Marsh and Parsons have such a terrible reputation. Avoid at all costs.

Nice & friendly until you sign the contract (Tenant) and after that just delays upon delays upon delays. Lots of faffing around and little of actually doing anything. Utterly ignored when trying to get our deposit back, dispute in progress. Avoid like a plague if you can.

Very unprofessional company with staff who has no clue about what they are doing. The levels of incopetency is unbelievable. They are unhelpful and unresponsive. Their property management is literally the worst service. Avoid at all costs!

They are the worst. Completely unprofessional, ruining our sale and subsequently sold our details to telemarketers. Now reported for infraction of GDPR rights

Charged me for rent on the same day that new tenants moved in. Refused to discuss how this was unfair for me to pay for some one else's rent.Took full 10 days to decide on deposit which is fine but tone was churlish and patronising.

Utterly appalling service. We have reported countless urgent issues and chased them for months with no response. You cannot rely on Marsh and Parsons to resolve a single issue raised to their property management team, it is an absolute disgrace.

This company is exactly why people dislike estate agents. Difficult, time consuming, incompetent, stay away. No idea of customer service. Sadly as they will often be the only agent advertising a property they can behave however they want. When will someone finally create a business where estate agents are no longer necessary.

Terrible flat management services. Dreadful service. Cannot be trusted to provide the service you purchase. I paid for a check in inventory report which was not fully completed and they did nothing to rectify the situation and refused to provide a refund.

Do not use for landlords!Rates are well over market average, customer service is slow (they rarely answer emails and phones) and poor and all repairs and maintenance fees are extortionately expensive!Avoid this agency!

GoogleLeft email message with several letting agents. They were first to get back to me. Came up trumps. Efficient and helpful. Fond what I needed ( for a friend who was out of the country) in one day. The agent was terrific and deal was done in 24 hours.

GoogleVery professional service. We only saw properties matching our criteria in the right locations were able to close the deal in a week and move in. Gaby and Chantelle in the lettings team were great to deal with, even when faced with some very pedantic questions! Highly recommended.
