TrustpilotThe worst estate agents I have ever dealt with
As other posts say, estate agents are estate agents but my experience with Marsh and Parson has been awful. They will tell you barefaced lies to your face without even blinking an eye. They try and get you to spend money when you haven't even got a confirmed offer. When you want an update from them they go incommunicado on you - however they hunt you down like a dog when they want something from you. And lastly, they are plain rude when they don't hear want they want from you.

We have been dealing with Marsh & Parsons as renters for almost two years now and they are absolutely terrible. There is no urgency for any request even if it is something important such as the heating being broken for days, they seem completely incompetent at dealing with anything and have horrible communication. Our landlords are clearly frustrated with them but I'm sure it is a hassle to change. Avoid!!!!

GoogleMarsh and Parsons employees are absolutely amazing when you’re looking for a flat but this stops as soon as you move in. I did not have hot water for a month, my microwave was broken for 6 months and the lights in my kitchen didn’t work for a year, all because Marsh and Parsons could not reach the owner but they had no problem reaching her to increase the rent by 40%. On the last day of my tenancy, I was then harassed by Wesley Garcia, an associate at Marsh and Parsons, to get the keys back even though I had a written confirmation from the property manager (another Marsh and Parsons employee) that I could return the keys a day late. All in all, the employees are unhelpful and rude.
