Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Took them 2 years to do the first inspection despite continuous chasing. The contractors they use for any work (MasterFix - google them) are terrible, expensive and also pretty useless. Theyve made the whole property rental process miserable and I cant wait to be done with them.To make it even worse, instead of addressing the issues and trying to fix it, they reported my original review for containing the name of the property manager who is beyond useless.

These folks have been really efficient and friendly throughout the whole process so far. In particular, the agent assisting me with my viewings Anthony Nicholas was brilliant - he was really knowledgeable about the area despite having recently moved from working at a different branch. He was helpful and accommodating with viewings and quickly figured out what sorts of properties I would be interested in and selected a range of options accordingly. Highly recommend.

I've been renting out a single property for some time but I'm not a professional landlord. Recently I needed help working through the finances.
