M&P currently look after the flat I used to live in and a couple of months ago, I decided it was time for me to move out. During this process, I was faced with many challenges and hurdles which resulted in the handover process taking longer than expected. When Weronika stepped in and took over handling the change of tenancy, she clearly outlined what had to be done, understood my concerns and took into consideration my timeline and the deadline of needing to get things done. She made it her duty and priority to ensure it all run smoothly for me/us. Thank you Weronika for all of your hard work, it was much appreciated.

Little Venice Branch: We asked a number of Estate Agents to value a very run down flat we had in Little Venice. We asked for advice on whether to sell it as it was or renovate and sell. We needed to maximise the profit as the money would be used to pay for a care home for a relative. I felt that Paul Christian was the only estate agent who advised us on what was best for us and not what was best for the agent. Paul supported us throughout the renovation. When we came to sell the flat, it was probably the most difficult market for some years and he achieved an above asking price for us. We're really grateful!

Probably my best renting experience

I have been a tenant in the property for almost a year now and in that time there has been a couple of very standard type issues arise. I must say, not only can I get hold of Derbhla (my property manager) on both direct line and mobile, she has been incredibly thorough in seeing all issues or requests through and double checking it’s resolved a week or so later.This level of detail and care not only makes me confident that no matter what arises in the future, I have someone from Marsh & Parsons on the end of the phone, but also that I get additional value for money on top of my rent. In a day and age where renting is difficult at the best of times, Derbhla has been nothing short of brilliant throughout my renting experience with her and her team.

Excellent renewal delivery by Natalie

I was contacted to renew my rental contract around 3 months before expiry which I thought was super efficient. Natalie was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, efficient and friendly aside from providing an excellent service regarding the renewal negotiation and process. She is by far the best compared to numerous agents I have had to deal with over the past 6 years from various firms, exceeding all expectations! She is definitely an asset to M&P and I could only wish she was allocated to deal with everything from front office to renewals as a one stop consultant from start to finish now I’m looking to start a new. We had a quick turnaround for moving into the flat and Giles was very pleasant, easy to deal with and responsive to emails. Tatiana was also helpful in answering our many questions! It might just be useful in future to have an idea of the timeframe for the process and to make this clear to the vacating tenants as they were pushing us to sort it when these things don’t happen overnight.

Quickly got tenants in to the property and settled in to the apartment

Thanks to George Noel-Shore we've let our apartment twice quickly and at market rate. The listing process and viewings were very well organised. We also use Marsh & Parsons for management and have had prompt responses from Abdullah to our emails. The check-in with the tenants went smoothly and all the steps were carried out so they could settle in quickly. I believe the tenants have comfort knowing they can contact our property manager at any time should there be any issues and we will always work to resolve it as soon as possible.

I had never used a letting agent before so I was very apprehensive about the process but Maliha and the Marsh & Parsons team were very quick to respond to any questions and were extremely professional and efficient in handling the process from start to end. Maliha was my appointed lettings manager and she was always on hand to help and I could not be more happy with how this worked out. Marsh & Parsons found a suitable tenant within a week and they really took the time to make sure both parties were the right match. Based on this initial experience I would not hesitate to use them again in future.

I recently sold my flat with Joe, who was excellent. It wasn't a straight forward sale, the original buyer fell through but Joe persevered and quickly found another buyer. We went from offer to completion in 5 weeks! Amazing! Very pleased from both sides. Having dealt with many estate agents in London, and unfortunately they often do live up to the stereotype, Joe is the opposite. He's honest, always answers your calls, always gets hold of answers, great work ethic and really does work hard to sell your property. M&P provides great property management services. As a tenant, I felt that the property manager was accessible and attentive to things that needed fixing. The communication is clear and timely and they employ excellent third-party contractors to get the job done. Definitely would recommend a M&P managed property; Derbhla is a star property manager!The renewals negotiations team is another story as they obviously favor landlords and the outcomes can be unfair for tenants. They can for sure benefit from taking a page out of the M&P property management team's book on communication as well as on how to better their interpersonal skills working in a service industry.
